1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phi99" or "the Platform" refers to the phi99 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phi99.net, including all associated services, applications, and interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the phi99 platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the phi99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

phi99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phi99 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

phi99 operates age-verification controls at account registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any Player who provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information in respect of their age or identity will have their account permanently suspended and any winnings or balances forfeited, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phi99 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your phi99 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number registered to a Philippine network (Globe, Smart, DITO, or equivalent).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phi99 Login credentials, including your username and password. phi99 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify phi99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

phi99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point where phi99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Deposits & Payments

phi99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks via InstaPay and PESONet
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20, BTC, ETH, and other supported digital assets as listed on the phi99 deposit page

All PHP deposits are credited to your phi99 Wallet in real time or within a maximum of thirty (30) minutes of confirmed payment, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of blockchain confirmations as specified on the phi99 deposit interface.

phi99 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider, bank, or blockchain network may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside phi99's control and are your sole responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the phi99 deposit page and may vary by payment method and account verification status. phi99 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their phi99 Wallet balance subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name, at phi99's discretion.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements attached to the Player's balance must be satisfied before the relevant portion of the balance may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as specified on the phi99 withdrawal page for the chosen payment method.

phi99 targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests, subject to successful verification:

• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days via InstaPay or PESONet
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH): Within 30 minutes of approval, subject to blockchain network conditions

phi99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal amounts. phi99 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, dispute, or regulatory inquiry.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phi99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded to a phi99 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion details.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

phi99 actively monitors for and takes action against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated software to complete wagering, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and derived winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phi99 platform, including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games such as Monkey King Fishing, and sports betting markets through phi99 Casino, are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live physical outcomes as applicable. phi99 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phi99's records will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. phi99 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side, including poor mobile data coverage in areas across the Philippines such as provincial locations or areas with limited network infrastructure.

phi99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is clear evidence of a technical error, software malfunction, or where the stated odds or payout rates were published in error. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's phi99 Wallet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phi99 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the phi99 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Attempting to access or use another Player's phi99 account without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate any part of the phi99 platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in the phi99 platform to obtain winnings or credits that would not otherwise be payable
• Colluding with other Players to fix game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games or poker variants
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes that are not made in good faith
• Using the phi99 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your phi99 account

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Termination

phi99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player
• Instruction from a competent Philippine regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Determination that the Player is located in a jurisdiction where use of the phi99 platform is prohibited
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in phi99's inactivity policy published separately

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraud, phi99 will return any remaining verified balance to the Player via a payment method nominated by the Player, subject to applicable verification requirements and any outstanding wagering requirements.

A Player may voluntarily close their phi99 account at any time by contacting phi99 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the phi99 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the phi99 interface, is the exclusive property of phi99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

No Player or third party may reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the phi99 platform without the prior written consent of phi99. Any unauthorised use of phi99's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phi99's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the phi99 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phi99 Wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

phi99 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the phi99 platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Interruptions to the phi99 platform caused by events outside phi99's reasonable control, including network outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party system failures
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the phi99 platform, including odds, payout rates, or promotional terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the phi99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and phi99 regarding any aspect of these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via phi99's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

phi99 Players who believe a dispute involves a regulated gaming matter may also raise the issue with PAGCOR through its official complaint handling process, as applicable under Philippine online gaming regulations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phi99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the phi99.net website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phi99 platform after the Effective Date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms in full. If you do not agree to the updated Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of the phi99 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these terms.
